ListBox Contents Does Not Update

This issue is related to this one:

Except that it also occurs with a ListBox.  Code to reproduce is attached.


Expected: when clicking the button to add the item, and `StateHasChanged` is called, the control is updated to reflect the current set of items to which it is bound.
