Toast element is created with "e-blazor-toast-hidden"

When the toast is shown, the element already has the class "e-blazor-toast-hidden" causing the toast to not be displayed.  This can be reproduced by simply upgrading the nuget packages on the ToastSample project found at: 

https://github.com/SyncfusionExamples/Blazor-Getting-Started-Examples.git

I've attached the ToastSample project already upgraded to 20.1.0.52
