integrate Pivot Table and pivot table chats ads in xls

of coursee spreadsheet with pivot and pivot charts must be serialized to json (without the data) . I must be able to feed the sheet with a url, anc command the ssheet to refresh. User must have all grafical controls to create pivot in the speadsheet
