The Blazor Toast component is not showing properly

Current Behavior: SfToast component not show/hide properly.


Actual Behavior: Able to show/hide SfToast component properly.


Note: 20.1.51 issue not occurred. After update 20.1.52 issue will occurred.

Replication Procedure:

        1. Open above sample.

       2. Go to counter page.

      3. Click show Toast button.

     4. But, not shown the Toast component.
