OnClear event

Currently you can have events fire for ValueChange, OnOpen etc. but there is no 'OnClear' event for when the user presses the clear icon (after enabling: ShowClearButton="true").
Can you please add this functionality or point me in the right direction to be able to customise the behaviour when the user presses this icon?
