DockingManager doesn't work well with high resolution monitor

Dear all 

 I run WPF DockingManager sample on my 4K (3840*2160) resolution monitor, when I drag "Document" status ContentControl (such as "Start Page" in the picture below), it doesn't move with cursor. But, when running DockingManager sample on 1080P monitor, it just works fine.
