LabelIntersectionAction hapens to late

I have a BarChart with lets say 30+ bars on.

I'm using the LabelIntersectAction="LabelIntersectAction.Rotate90" property.

When the with of the chart is decreased to a certain limit, the labels on the Xaxis overlap each other making them unreadable. If I reduce the width of the chart even more, the labels rotate 90° making it possible to read the values again.
