Add an option "readonly" for Recurrence Editor

Hi, 

It would be nice to have an option of disabling the Recurrence editor to be "readonly".

The functionallity should be similiar to the SfTextBox Enabled="false" - just to show the information - that the user can't edit the rules, but can read all the information from it.
