Column reorder fails with column freeze enabled (in specific conditions)

Hi,

We have found specific edge case, when column reorder fails.

Error can be reproduced here:

Conditions:

  1. There are two columns with empty header text, 1st in frozen area and 2nd in non-frozen.
Reproduce steps:
  1. Drag columns 2-4 from the frozen area (e.g. Freight) as the first column in non-frozen area (to replace Order Date).
Result:
First column (OrderID) is now at position 2 and moved column at position 0 (of frozen area!).
