DataGrid unable to "Drag a column header here to group its column"

When you specify AllowGrouping="true" in a SfGrid component, a bar comes up stating to "Drag a column header here to group its column" though when you try do so you can't.  This problem appears in both Blazor Server and Blazor Wasm apps.
