DataGrid is not extended to its maximum height when setting the shrinkWrapRows to true and onQueryRowHeight

onQueryRowHeight callback will be called only for the visible rows. Due to this, while using the shrinkWrapRows property, the datagrid's height is set to the visible row's height alone.
