DropDownList button tooltip

Hello

Please provide a localized tooltip for DropDownList popup toggle button like there is on NumericTextBox ("Increment value", "Decrement value").

Example:

Open documentation DropDownList

With mouse, hover over popup toggle button. There is no tooltip like "Select".
