DatePicker button tooltip

Hello

Please provide a localized tooltip for DatePicker popup toggle button like there is on NumericTextBox ("Increment value", "Decrement value").

Example:
Open documentation DatePicker
With mouse, hover over popup toggle button. There is no tooltip like "Select date" or "Select".
