Dashboard Layout after drag and drop the columns are no longer taking 100% of the screen

There seems to be an issue with the dashboard layout control, when a panel is dragged and dropped and then the window is resized while also the number of columns changes in the SfDashboardLayout.

The dashboard layout works as expected if a DashboardLayoutPanel is not dragged and dropped.  Once a 

DashboardLayoutPanel is 

dragged and dropped the layout is no longer functioning as expected. The show grid lines aren't taking the full length of the screen; also each column is smaller since all columns aren't taking up the full screen size as well.
