Issue with Blazor Grid EditMode = Dialog - stays inline

Working through code samples and demos, attempted to recreate DataGrids using ODatav4 DataSource with Dialog EditMode - compiles fine but when rendered it stays as inline.  Sample code attached - same results in Edge and Chrome.
