Support to customize the individual cell borders

Currently we have provided the support to set the visibility of the horizontal and vertical grid lines based on the below properties,

Provide the support to customize the individual cell's borders in the DataGrid. For example, users can hide the borders for any individual cell or set only the top and bottom borders for a specific cell.
