SelectedRows vs. Filter issue

If you select a number of rows and afterwards filter the grid in a way that you get exactly the row count that equals the selected row count than always all rows will be selected what is wrong. After clear filters old rows are still selected and in additon rows which get selected by the bug (see attachment image).
