PDFViewerServer PDF in viewer loads offset until viewport is resized

I am working with the Blazor.PdfViewerServer.Windows and when I load a PDF on the initial page start up. The pages in the viewer are tiny and offset to the left (see image).

When I resize the browser windows by click and dragging the edge of the window. The PDF viewer centers and sets the pages in the viewer to the correct size. (see second image).
