Support to customize the dash array of the border in the ranges and pointers of Linear Gauge

Linear Gauge component do not support dashed line styles in the border of the ranges and pointers. The dashed line in the border can be achieved using stroke-dashArray attribute in the SVG element. The support to customize the dash array must be provided
