Need to provide DropDownWidth support in SfComboBox

Need to provide DropDownWidth API in Winforms SfComboBox.
The dropdown width of the SfComboBox control depends on the width of the combo box; however, if the combo box width is less than 65, the drop-down width will not change. Hence, we need support for DropDownWidth.
