Support for a visual indication of the selected tab in an inactive state

when there are two selected documents in two different tab groups. Only one of the documents will be in a selected-active state, the other one will be in a selected-inactive state.

But there is no visual indication of the selected-inactive state.


Expected result: 

'Start Page' tab is in a selected-active state.

'Mainwindow.xaml.cs' is in a selected-inactive state.
