DateTimeKind is set to Unspecified in DateTimePicker’s value (time value)

DateTimeKind is always set to Unspecified in DateTimePicker’s value (time value).

Replication procedure:


1.           Run the sample

2.           Select a time from Datetimepicker and Timepicker

3.           Actual: DateTimekind is changed to Unspecified in DateTimePicker and Timepicker

4.           Expected: DateTimeKind should remind unchanged similar to DatePicker.
