Support to close child instead of hiding it

DockingManager stores the child internally when the "close" button is clicked, so that it can be reopened later, without having to recreate a new child. This leads to a memory leak issue.

So an option needs to be provided to totally close or remove the child from the docking manager, so that a memory leak is avoided.
