Rich Text Editor content does not allow input elements when inserted through executeCommand.

Current Behavior: Not able to insert input element inside the Rich Text Editor content via executeCommand.

Actual Behavior: Able to insert input element inside the Rch Text Editor content via executeCommand.

Replication Procedure:

  1. Open above sample.
  2. Click the custom toolbar icon.
  3. Now, not inserted input element into RTE content using insertHTML executeCommand.
