Accessibility validation errors in DataGrid

Hello,

I'm sorry that I have to open a duplicate of bug 31634, but unfortunately you never answered on that one. 

I'm validating the accessibility of our pages, and found some potential problems in the Grid component.

For easy reproduction, you can use your own demo at

Copy the Grid Outer HTML (div #Grid) and paste it into the validator and you'll see many errors:
