Show grid contextmenu programatically

I want to be able to show grid contextmenu programatically.  

Specifically I want to be able to show the grid contextmenu when 

  • a button in a row is pressed,
  • or a button outside of the grid is pressed, 
  • or a button on grid toolbar is pressed, 
  • or a grid cell is hoovered, 
  • or any time I want.
