Need to provide support to avoid overlapping of nodes with different size in the Organizational chart

When the diagram is bound to a large data (about 400 records in my case), some nodes are overlapped. I notice that the issue only happens with nodes on the right haft of the diagram.

I created a sample to reproduce the issue:
