Support rendering of standalone data points while using rangeAreaSeries in Cartesian chart

When plotting an AreaSeries while using EmptyPointMode.gap data points without adjacent data do not get rendered at all. 

It would be great to have an option for these points to get rendered, perhaps at the size of the border width.
