ActionBegin event not triggered properly when pressing enter key inside the Rich Text Editor content.

Current Behavior: ActionBegin event is not triggered properly when pressing the enter key.

Actual Behavior: Need to trigger the ActionBegin event when pressing the enter key.

Sample:

Replication Procedure:

- Open the above sample with the latest version.

- Press enter key

- ActionBegin event not triggered.
