When you paste text with a Shapes image, the image is not shown in the Rich Text Editor content

An image is not shown in the Rich Text Editor content when pasting shaped images with text.

Current Behavior:

The image is not shown when pasting the shape image with text.

Actual Behavior: Need to show the image when pasting the shape image with text.

Replication Procedure:

- Open the above sample.

- Copy and paste the attached word document content.

- Now, the image is not shown properly.
