incorrect values for 'oldValue' when moving connector endpoint (PropertyChange event)

Steps to reproduce: 


Expected behaviour: 

The values provided by 'args.newValue' reflect the current position of the endpoint, while the values provided by 
'args.oldValue' reflect its previous position
. 

Actual behaviour: 

The values provided by 'args.newValue' and 'args.oldValue' are the same. Both reflect the current state of the connector endpoint.
