meta/command key modifier not set (MacOS)

Steps to reproduce: 


Expected behaviour: 

The 'KeyModifiers.Meta' flag is set in the event args ('args.keyModifiers'). 

Actual behaviour: 

While 'shift', 'control' and 'alt' modifiers are set correctly, the 'meta' key modifier is not set. Instead, a separate KeyDown event is emitted when the meta key is pressed (with key=meta). This issue also affects the CommandManager when defining command gestures.
