Splitter resize is not working properly after changing the dialog position horizontally and scroll the page

Splitter resize not working properly after move the dialog.


Current Behavior: After moving the dialog position horizontally, the splitter did not resize properly.

Actual Behavior: After moving the dialog horizontally, the splitter resizes properly.

Replication Procedure:

1. Open the above sample.

2. Drag the dialog in a horizontal direction to the right side.

3. Scroll the page in a horizontal direction.

4. Now, try to resize the splitter panes.
