In mobile mode dropdownlist with filter input does not take up the entire height of the popup

In mobile mode, a dropdownlist with filter input does not take up the entire height of the popup but instead creates a scroller.

Replication procedure: 

           1.Run the above demo sample of Blazor.

2.           Actual: Open in emulator and check the list items creates the scroll bar

3.           Expected: The list item should take the whole popup height
