Item template is not loaded for dynamically added item after opening the popup for first time

Dynamically added item does not load the item template after opening the popup for the first-time. We are adding the data using additem after some timeout.

Replication procedure:

1. Run the sample.

2. Open the popup and scroll down the last element.

3. Now close the popup and open the popup again.

4. Scroll the last element.

5. See the issue

Expected: the loaded last element should place in the last item.

Output: loaded last item now is empty data.
