Unable to enter decimal value in iOS device

the numeric textbox does not allow entering decimal values in iPad devices. we couldn’t use a dot or delete keys action in the Apple devices with numeric textbox.

Replication procedure:

1. run the above sample on an iPad device and

2. try to enter the decimal numbers.
