Need to provide PageSizeMode 'Root' support for Infinite Scrolling

Currently we don't have pageSizeMode 'Root' support for Infinite Scrolling. Need to provide support for this.

As of current behavior, we have used Default pageSizeMode "All" for Infinite Scroll. Infinite Scrolling has been designed by considering Initial Blocks and default pageSize. Now we need to implement with PageSizeMode as Root
