Add MaxLength attribute to SfTextBox

Please, add a MaxLength property to the SfTextBox. Limiting the length of the inputs it's a very common scenario.


Currently it's weird to write:

<SfTextBox ....... HtmlAttributes="@(new Dictionary {{ "maxlength", 40 }})" />


where it could be simply:

<SfTextBox ....... MaxLength=40 />

Also, consider 

 adding MinLength or other useful attributes.
