DropLocation highlight line is needed to be shown while dropping the record in the destination grid

Droplocation will be highlighted when dropping a record in Grid.

Replication procedure:

Run the attached sample. Perform drag and drop. While dropping the record, a line needs to highlight the exact drop location is not visible in blazor grid.
