Blazor Wasm performance issue on Expand/Collapse action

Blazor Wasm performance issue on Expand/Collapse action with large number of records.

1. Run the sample(with 100 parent and 100 children). It has virtualization enabled.

2. Move the scroller up and down and perform Expand and Collapse

3. Expand/Collapse action takes much time and whitespace occurs on scrolling.

Performance is slightly better when comparing to serverapp sample:-
