ListBox Keyboard Navigation is Confusing

Steps to Reproduce:

- Launch the included sample project

- Click on the checkbox of a list item in the middle of the list 

- Use the keyboard navigation "down arrow" to navigate down in the list


Expected/Previous Behavior:
- Focus starts on the selected item and the grey background style applies to the row below it on clicking the "down arrow" for keyboard navigation


Current Behavior:
- Focus starts on the list item on the top of the list regardless of what list item you are on
