Multi Select dropdown search not working properly

Hi Team,

We are using multiselect dropdown with multiple properties. Created dropdown with country and state properties, but search working for country only not for state. Search should be applicable to both country and state.
we did the same use case in stackblitz also, it is reproduced (find the use case in the below url)
