Numeric textbox automatically rounds off to the nearest whole number when typing

When enter a decimal value in the numeric textbox, it automatically formats it to a whole number inside editform and ValidateOnInput is enabled

Replication Steps:

1. Run the sample with the above code

2. type “4.8”


Result: It changed to 5

Expected: It should be 4.8
