Customize the default message shown, when there is no data to be displayed

Providing support customize the default message shown in widget container, when there is no data to be displayed for the applied filters.

Customization option:

1. Custom text

2. Hide the container (space will be left empty, once the filter changed and widget get data, it will be displayed in same place)

3. Custom error messages with images, which should be responsive and fit to the widget sizes
