Using a Pen with 0 width and a DashPattern other than Solid blocks any drawing operations after it 

page.Graphics.DrawRectangle(new PdfPen(Color.Blue) {DashStyle = PdfDashStyle.Dot}, myRectangle);

Draws a dotted line rectangle with default line thickness as expected, however

page.Graphics.DrawRectangle(new PdfPen(Color.Blue, 0) {DashStyle = PdfDashStyle.Dot}, myRectangle);

Seems to draw nothing and also block all drawing operations after it.
 

Expected: a rectangle with the same line thickness as:

page.Graphics.DrawRectangle(new PdfPen(Color.Blue, 0), myRectangle);

.. but with a dotted line.
