A script error is thrown when using either of the two Undo or Redo toolbar items

A script error is thrown when using either the Undo or Redo toolbar items. Blazor Rich Text Editor works fine when both the Undo and Redo toolbar items are used.

Current Behavior:

Both Undo and Redo toolbar items need to be rendered in the Blazor Rich Text Editor.

Actual Behavior: 

Either Undo or Redo toolbar items also need to support rendering in the Blazor Rich Text Editor.
