Duplicate image included after drag and drop

Drag the image and drop it into the text within the Rich Text Editor content. Now, the dropped position properly includes the image and does not remove the existing image element inside the Rich Text Editor content.

Current behavior: Not remove the existing image after dropping the image.

Actual behavior: Need to remove the existing image after dropping it.
