Improve event support to customize cell selection

The pivot table's selection option allows you to highlight a row, column, or cell. It is possible to do so by using the mouse down or arrow keys. We can also cancel the selection at runtime by using the "cellSelecting" event.

However, if we cancel the column header selection, all previously selected cells are cleared. But the previous selection state should be maintained while preventing current selection action using "cellSelecting" event. So, we need to improve the event support to customize cell selection in the pivot table.
