Splitter panes are not resized properly when scrolling the page

After scrolling in the X direction, the horizontal panes of the splitter are not properly resized. But, the resizing issue does not happen when the scroll bar is at its starting position. Please see the attached file that contains the issue gif file and samples.


Current Behavior:
After moving the page scroll in the horizontal direction, the splitter horizontal panes are not resized properly.


Actual Behavior: The Splitter horizontal panes resized properly after adjusting the page scroll in a horizontal direction.
