Unhandled Exception due to using CanMaintainScrollPosition attribute

If you´re set CanMaintainScrollPosition="True" and later you change the bounded ItemsSource of the SfDataGrid to null again the whole application crashes. Of course you can use a Binding property on 

CanMaintainScrollPosition attribute as workaround but this is additional affort. The component should handle this and not just crashing with an unhandled null reference exception.
